English Language Improvement

 

The English language is the language of international communication. Being able to speak English is not only able to communicate with native English speakers, but learning is also important for a successful career. The course is specifically designed to help students communicate in English effectively. Communication in English important for successful career. In this course, the teacher covers the following subjects: English grammar rules, pronunciation, writing, reading and speaking skills; Professional email structures, making appointments, reading newspapers, effective subject lines, role-play, group discussions and enabling students to speak fluently.

 

Professional Communication

 

In our curriculum, enhance communication in three following categories for grouping together: oral communication, written communication, non-verbal communication. Students learn methods of professional communication, how you communicate in interviews to get the dream job and workplace to build strong and positive working relationships instead of facing conflicts and obstacles. Whether sitting in a meeting, attending an interview for a job, or emailing a client, it is essential to have professional communication skills.

Personality enhancement is an essential subject for students, as a good personality is a good tool to help them identify their hidden abilities and harness their strengths – thus making students a successful, happy and self-reliant. This program helps them in career development and will also help in improving their confidence level. So we designed activities to improve the inner personality. Teaches students professional ethics and etiquette.

Professional Ethics

 

Ethics are principles that govern a person’s behavior. Like values, professional ethics provides rules on how a person should behave towards other people and institutions in such an environment. Students will learn the values, set of rules, ethical principles, codes of conduct etc.

Students cover topics related to aviation, hospitality and travel management that they need to know to become a cabin crew. Students train the aviation segment, passenger handling on board, flight service, ground handling services, customer service and relationship baggage handling, basic safety and security, inro to GDS ,  including aircraft operations and additional practical training.
